Limiting beliefs

If you fight for your limiting beliefs, you get to keep them.

Limiting beliefs are all the reasons you give yourself for why you can’t do things. For example, you can’t wake up early because you’re not a morning person. It’s a constraint you place on yourself.

Babies aren’t born walking. When they fall multiple times we don’t label them as ‘crawlers’. We know they will get there eventually. Where are you crawling where you could be walking with practice, patience and time?
