Guilt and regrets
Both guilt and regret is a signal that something is not sitting right with you. Both are also completely pointless because whatever you feel guilty or regretful about is probably in the past.
Don’t try to ignore or suppress the feeling. Rather lean into it, unpack it, and see if there is any action you could take to change it. If not, it might be best to acknowledge the feeling and focus on what you can do.
You’re in the present and it’s the only moment that matters right now.
Regrets show you’re thinking more of the past while anxiety indicates you’re living in the future. Try to be where you are right now and see how that feels.
