You get what you settle for
Of course, you have to settle for some things, as we know, you can’t have it all.
Your health, your financial matters, your career, your love life – have you consciously settled for the situation you’re in?
We are creatures of comfort, so it’s only natural for us to try and find a cosy spot to settle in. Unfortunately, if you’ve settled for something then you’re not likely to try to change it.
Be honest with yourself about the things you’ve settled for and whether it’s working for you. It’s likely to reveal where you’re making excuses. Accept the things you’re okay with settling with and start taking action to change the things you’re not.
