When you hit a slump
When you’re feeling stuck or not ready to be the best you can be, here are two things to try to get you back on your feet:
- Make a list of the things that energise you – Write down the things that give you the energy to do more of the things you love. It could be something simple like engaging in your craft or a good conversation. Once you’ve found the things that make you light up inside, try to see how you can work more of that into your day to day routine.
- Just do it – Just start doing the things you’re procrastinating on. Once you’ve started, it’s so much easier to keep it going and build momentum. It might be a struggle to get yourself up, but once you’re up, you can cruise all the way to the bank.
