When you hit a slump

When you’re feeling stuck or not ready to be the best you can be, here are two things to try to get you back on your feet:

  1. Make a list of the things that energise you – Write down the things that give you the energy to do more of the things you love. It could be something simple like engaging in your craft or a good conversation. Once you’ve found the things that make you light up inside, try to see how you can work more of that into your day to day routine.
  2. Just do it – Just start doing the things you’re procrastinating on. Once you’ve started, it’s so much easier to keep it going and build momentum. It might be a struggle to get yourself up, but once you’re up, you can cruise all the way to the bank.
