The pursuit of happiness
Happiness can’t be a destination you arrive at miserably. In fact it can’t be a destination at all, because then what are you going to do once you get there?
Instead, I think it’s a daily practice. Finding beauty and joy in little moments and things that make you feel more fulfilled every time you stop to think how lucky you are. When you shift your thoughts to think of what you have instead of what you don’t have you’ll find there’s so much to be grateful for.
Think of five things you’re grateful for today and wiggle your big toe (or thumbs).
