Things you generally have to do every day include eating, sleeping, and going to work.
Things you have an option of doing daily would be exercising, reading or engaging your mind, practising your craft, and actively working on the relationships in your life.
What if you started blurring the lines between what’s necessary and what’s optional? If you started seeing exercising as important and non-negotiable as sleep? Or reading daily as natural as going to work every day?
If you can set aside the excuses for why you can’t do the things that are important to you daily, try just doing just one thing every day for seven days. You’ll probably realise you have more time in a day than you think. Do it for long enough and this activity might become as natural and assumed as eating or sleeping.
